Sweet Snack Sure to Satisfy April 29, 2012

Need a healthy snack to add to your line-up of good grub? Here’s one that is currently satisfying the sweet teeth in my family: One snack cup of sugar-free vanilla pudding topped with a sprinkling of shaved almonds and a few mini chocolate chips. That’s it. Easy. Easy. Easy. And only 60 calories in the pudding cup. Add a few more for toppings. Mmmm — for kids and adults alike!
