Reservation Policy

Calling or submitting an online reservation is always in your best interest, it guarantees space is available when you need it. To comply with Florida state mandates for child-to-teacher ratios and to provide you a guaranteed space, children under 23 months of age are required to have a reservation.

For your convenience, last-minute Drop-In care for all ages will be provided without a reservation, pending compliance with Florida state child-to-teacher ratios. Without a reservation, there may be a wait of up to two hours before a child can be accepted.
