One trip to Pinterest, and you’ll find inspiration galore for whipping up some fancy, schmancy Halloween snacks and treats. My favorite — because it’s yummy and easy — is the Witches Broom creation; just flip a mini Reeses cup upside down, insert one little pretzel stick, and the dessert is done!
